I used:
plain blue tshirts
black fabric
black thread
fusible interfacing
Cut out my shapes in both the fabric and the interfacing, iron on, and then stitched around the shape three times a piece...I still need to trim threads a bit.

I saw your pics on facebook and was wondering if you made the shirts. They are so cute. We are going in September and I want matching shirts for all the kids so I will have to try something like this. I can sew so were they pretty easy to make? They are adorable!
